Sometimes, an order is delivered in installments. Don't worry: we'll always contact you personally to arrange this, ensuring it fits your schedule. Please note that additional charges may apply for additional installments.

🏠 Our extra service: Free entry (up to the 2nd floor!)
We like to go the extra mile. That's why we'll bring your furniture up to the second floor for free.

Will it fit? Measure carefully beforehand to ensure the furniture fits through doors, hallways, and the stairwell. This remains your own responsibility.

Safety first: Because this is an additional service, we are not liable for damage to walls, floors, or other parts of the home.

Warranty on your furniture: We remain fully liable for the furniture itself, unless a ladder, moving lift, or hoist is used.

🏢 Delivery to higher floors
Do you live above the second floor? No problem!

We'll discuss what's practically possible. A small fee may apply for deliveries to higher floors.

In case of delivery via special methods (such as a hoist, through a window or via the stairs), liability for any damage to the furniture will lapse.

Costs for additional resources, such as a moving lift or glazier, are the responsibility of the customer.

Is your home not quite ready yet? We offer one month of free storage after the delivery deadline. This gives you time to put the finishing touches on things. After this month, we charge €49 per month.

✨ Show models: Enjoy quickly
Did you secure a beautiful display model? Display models must be picked up within two weeks so you can enjoy them immediately. If this isn't possible, Orka Home reserves the right to cancel the purchase.
