🚚 Transport and Delivery at Orka Home
At Orka Home, we strive to deliver your new furniture to your home as quickly and carefully as possible. Below, you can read all about our delivery service, what to expect, and what to keep in mind.

🛋️ What can you expect from our delivery service?
Our own expert delivery staff will ensure your furniture is placed in the correct location and, if possible, assembled. In most cases, we'll bring the furniture inside and take care of the assembly. We'll check with you that everything is in order before completing the delivery. Please note: we don't collect residual waste. Payment can only be made in cash at the door.

📦 Terms and Conditions of Delivery
Partial delivery: If we have the option to deliver in two parts, we will contact you to arrange this.

Delivery: Bringing the furniture inside is an additional service. It's your responsibility to ensure it fits inside. We are not liable for damage to walls, floors, or other parts of your home. We will, of course, do our best to handle it with care.

Stairs and elevators: We deliver furniture via stairs up to the 4th floor, provided there is sufficient space. If a moving elevator, glazier, or hoist is used, any additional costs will be at your expense.

Multiple deliveries: If we have to deliver products to you in multiple parts, additional costs may apply.

Free storage: Free storage is available for up to one month after the delivery deadline. After that, a monthly fee of €49 applies.

Show models: Show models must be collected within two weeks. If this is not done, we may cancel the purchase.

📅 Delivery and communication
Delivery time: The delivery of your order will be planned in consultation with you.

Tracking your order: You can track the status of your order via your Orka profile.

Changes: Do you want to change the delivery date or delivery address? You can easily do this through your account on our website.

🧾 What to do in case of problems?
Missing part: Are you missing a part from the package? Let us know, and we'll send it to you later, or you can pick it up at an Orka Home service point.

Damage or missing parts: Check your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage or missing parts, please contact us within 14 days at info@orkahome.nl.

Home Delivery

Orders with multiple items may be delivered in installments.
For delivery to your home:

You are responsible for measuring entrances, stairs, elevators or other passages.

We cannot be held liable for any damage to home components (such as walls or floors) during the interior movement – ​​which is a free additional service.

For deliveries above the second floor without an elevator, a moving lift is required; the customer is responsible for all costs.

If delivery is not possible due to access or the absence of a moving lift, delivery may be cancelled or postponed at a cost.

Free storage is available for up to two weeks after the delivery deadline. After that, we charge €55 per week and require a 50% deposit.

Show and outlet models must be collected within two weeks. After that, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase.
