🔄 Exchanges and Returns at Orka Home
At Orka Home, we strive to ensure you're always satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer the option of exchanging or returning your product, provided you meet the conditions below.

✅ Conditions for exchanges and returns
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided that the product is not excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Exceptions: Products that are custom made or manufactured to order cannot be returned.

Product Condition: The product must be returned unused, undamaged and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Return costs: You will be responsible for paying the costs for returning the item.

📝 Return procedure
Register your return: Complete the returns form on our website or contact our customer service at info@orkahome.nl.

Returns: After approval of your return request, you have 14 days to return the product.

Returns address: You can return the product to our service point yourself or, if desired, have it collected. Please note that collection fees may apply.

Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will receive a refund within 14 days using the same method you used for payment.

⚠️ Important points to consider
Damage: In case of damage or signs of use, a reduction in the value of the product may be charged.

Mattresses: Mattresses that have been removed from their packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Show models: Show models must be collected within two weeks. If this is not done, we may cancel the purchase.
